1. An unofficial fan page
This Site is an independent, fan-made tribute to the band My Chemical Romance, created out of admiration for their music. It is not official and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to My Chemical Romance, its members, its management, its record labels, or any of their representatives in any way.
All views expressed on the Site are those of its individual creator and do not represent the band or anyone associated with it.
2. Trademarks & copyright
“My Chemical Romance,” song titles, lyrics, album artwork, logos, photographs, and all related names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Any such material referenced on the Site is used for the purpose of commentary, criticism, and fan appreciation, and no ownership of it is claimed. No copyright or trademark infringement is intended.
Where third-party material (such as lyrics or video) is referenced or linked, all rights remain with the original rights holders. If you are a rights holder and believe any content on the Site infringes your rights, please get in touch through the Site’s contact box and the material will be reviewed and, where appropriate, promptly removed.
3. Commercial status
The Site is currently operated on a non-commercial basis as a personal fan project. However, the Site’s owner reserves the right to display advertising, accept voluntary donations, or offer merchandise or other paid features in the future. If and when that happens, the Site will remain an unofficial fan page, and all disclaimers in Sections 1 and 2 continue to apply.
4. Submitting your story
Visitors may voluntarily submit a personal story through the Site’s contact box. Doing so is entirely optional. When you submit a story and tick the agreement box, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, and specifically that:
“I’m sharing this story freely and confirm it’s mine to share and that I’m 18 or older. I grant the owner of isylntmwwitins.com a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to publish, reproduce, lightly edit for length or clarity, display and share my story — in whole or in part, alongside my first name only — on this website and its associated social channels, with no payment or time limit. I understand my email and full name will not be published, and that I can request removal of my story at any time through this site’s contact box.”
In addition to the above, you agree that:
- Your story is your own original account and does not infringe anyone else’s rights, privacy, or confidentiality, and is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or hateful.
- You will not be identified beyond a first name or nickname, and you will not receive any payment for your submission.
- The owner is under no obligation to publish any submission, and may choose which stories to feature.
- You may request that your published story be taken down at any time via the contact box; the owner will remove it within a reasonable period. Removal does not affect copies others may already have shared or saved.
5. Privacy
When you submit a story, your submission (including your email address) is delivered to the Site’s owner through a third-party form service so that no personal contact details of the owner are exposed on the Site. Your email address and full name are kept private and are never published on the Site. Your information is used only to read your story, contact you if needed, and — if you have agreed — to publish it under your first name or nickname. Your details are not sold or shared for marketing.
6. Age requirement
The Site is intended for a general audience, but story submissions are accepted only from people who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting a story you confirm that you meet this requirement.
7. “As is” — no warranties & limitation of liability
The Site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The owner does not guarantee that the Site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free, and may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site’s owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any content, or your submission of a story. Any external links are provided for convenience only, and the owner is not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
